USCIS Fees Increase

Effective November 23, 2010 USCIS has implemented changes to processing fees for most petition categories. With notable exceptions, fees have increased approximately 10% across the board. Naturalization fees have remained unchanged. The change in fees is as follows:

I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card: from $290 to $365:
I-102 Application for Replacement/Initial Nonimmigrant Arrival-Departure Document: from $320 to $330;
I-129/129CW Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker: from $320 to $325;
I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancé(e): from $455 down to $340;
I-130 Petition for Alien Relative: from $355 to $420;
I-131 Application for Travel Document: from $305 to $360;
I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker: from $475 to $580;
I-191 Application for Advance Permission to Return to Unrelinquished Domicile: from $545 to $585;
I-192 Application for Advance Permission to Enter as Nonimmigrant: from $545 to $585;
